Coming to f1, cpt and opt benefits untai.. and if you change in last sem from h4 to f1... you will not get these benefits... atleast 1 year you have to be in f1 status.. h4 to f1 conversion is long process in US.. it will take 3-6 months.. if u need it fast , I recommed goinh back india and get it stamped.. thats pretty fast.
