Here is my observation. Buy a car/suv definitely. If not you will end up paying a lot of you rent via travels. 

Another popular option in Hyderabad only is Uber/Ola. 

I spent thousands of dollars on travel folks rental cars.

you can find drivers easily for 13k rupees per month or 500 to 800 rs per day based on 4 to 8 hrs

Ye car ina dont go with Manual driving...India lo adi pedda torcher for parents.

Buy Automatic it will help a lot.
