I asked this question in 2015 when CBN gave a press conference on the evening 14th FC came out to 'thank' the union govt, just after reading bullet points that said state share will increase, without reading fine print.

the next day KCR also gave a similar press conference.

but KCR got better and stopped sucking up to the center. CBN is in a hole he dug himself with his overspending and bad political decisions.
