Why because, TamilNadu and Karnataka being highly industrialized states, much higher in industrial production size than the much hyped combined state AP, objected to it.

Why??????

Why because if AP is given special status, most of the new companies will go there as there is no Tax on their profits for next 10 years, which will adversely impact TN and Karnataka. even worse, most of the existing companies in border districts like Hosur, outskirts of Bangalore will shift their Head Office to AP borders and escape from paying taxes. But still maintain their production houses in old places.

Why ? Because these Yello Pulkas will never ask 'Why?' when CBN is in power. They defy their own logic and live in fools paradise.
