Need to transfer some Staff from old laptop to new laptop

Hello all,

 

i came a me to US last week, I buyed new laptop in Bay Area and moved to East Coast.

 

new laptop is Mack a laptop from Apple, now I want to transfer all my staff from old dell laptop to Apple, I call dell they say not possible with help and everything online complicated.

 

any easy way to transfer staff to new laptop ?

2 reason I buy new mack laptop 

1. Time in laptop is India but US time different

2. Old laptop little slow because of Dell - take 10-12 minutes when you restart. I buy old laptop in my second year in 2000
