EB-3 might have dried up already with portings. And with the advent of ‘world class’ universities such as NPU, SVU, PPU, VPU, I don’t think there were much applications in EB-3 during post recession era (2008). Andariki degreelu vachayi, andharu eb-2 lo cheskunnaru. On the flip side, good for EB-2 also, at last they won’t have this portings drawback from EB-3 folks. Quote
