MDharmarajuMA Posted March 13, 2018 Report Posted March 13, 2018 US lo you can get divorce easily withing 3 months, provided both reside in same sate for more than a year. ika pothe US lo issue chesina divorce India lo not acceptable. if both mutually gets divorce then no issues, if you do contested divorce without the consent of your spouse, then it is invalid in India. Suggestions:Don't take hasty decisiosn in life. try to solve the issues and live together if you still not happy, then go to India and do settlements and then get divorced in India. Quote
