Realtor tho agreement 6 months ki rasa, can I buy home without him.

I have mistakenly signed an agreement with a Realtor, vadu thelivi ga standard procedure ani cheppi oka illu ki offer chese apudu sign cheyinchukunnadu. Na offer accept avvaledu. 

Ipudu oka illu nene chuskunnanu and seller is also a desi, agent lekunda aythey 20k thaggistha antunnadu, Can I go without the realtor and buy?

it's just based on specific  offer...oka intiki oka agent tho offer yesinappudu aa agent thone povali for next 6 months for that particular house only..you can go ahead on your own or with different agents for different houses

Okasari agreement chudu bhayya. Did he mention contract basing on home or duration? If duration, irukunnav. Best thing to do is , call him and say you will pay flat fee to get out of contract. Reach out to his company local office(William pitt, redfin etc) and talk to his manager. They will either get out of contract or will allow u an out with just $500.

you should be able to buy home on your terms not realtor's terms...

ala ela undhi man contract..the agreement generally is that whatever house he shows, you are not supposed to go with a different realtor. Other than that, you can do on your own.

When I was looking 2 years ago, I switched 2 realtors as I was not liking the houses they were showing.

Read the contract again and then contact their main offices

Depends man. The agreement can be made for one house, whole county or entire city or for a specific duration of time. Usually, kotha ayite, Realtors put it for 6 months and we will be going to specific company. Maname chuskovali sign chesinapudu.
