Need Suggestion - H1B - Help Please

Hello Friends,

Need serious suggestions please

1) Currently I am on a H1B having till July 2018 and with a mestri ( EVC ) model , employer is doing pure Desi Business and no documentation at all , over all picture I feel is having tough time with USCIS , As he do lot of in house projects and do H1B's

2) I really want to make a transfer to another employer , I feel its not safe to be with him, Can you please suggest how we can do a transfer to another employer.

 

How to let vendor know on the same and is there a way we can join new employer after having petition approved

Call vendor and said employer changed to new H1, vendor informed Client to deal done! Enjoy

@Pappu_Boy - Thanks Bhayya , kani ippudu unna situation lo approve ayyaka velladam better kada , if i find a new employer how will the documentation and paper work will be established , As i will be Joining new employer only after approval

find a new employer ask him to file a transfer petition give him all the documents he need and once the petition is approved you can move to your new employer... 

if you tell your new employer and give ur vendor details he can talk to him or u can inform that u have changed ur employer and here are his details ani

or else find a FTE position

nv mee new employer ki cheppu, then talk to ur vendor that u have changed ur employer. Mee new employer and vendor will talk.. ee time lo vendor antha new paper work isthadu me new employer ki then after this ask ur vendor for h1b documentation..
