Java interview trick programs

Hi Java experts,

E madhya i have attended a few interviews and my failing point in all the interviews is the trick questions that they ask me. For example java pass by value meda leda strings associations meda trick progs print cheskuni vachi question chesthunnaru. Im partly loosing it because of the interview nervousness and partly because im plain confused. Ilantivi nerchukondaniki which is the best place? 

Point two has anybody worked hands on with reflection API, i know spring uses it for autowiring during application start up and even junit does the same. Is there is good place where I can learn what it exactly does from?

This helped me when I tried to convert JSON to an Object that's being passed dynamically. GSON is a practical example for reflections I believe.

List em ledu bro. I interviewed with thellolu, they got them sourced and printed on a sheet. Naku ade issue aithundi cant find them anywhere.

Bro na situation kuda same using old techs and not a very challenging job. Interest tho nene nosql spring data and spring cloud berchukunna but interview lo vallu trick questions tho champuthunnaru.

Just for your info monna interview lo he got a print of block io reads and writes of the DB instance prior to and post a rack upgrade. He asked me to take a look and tell them if i would sign off. Had no clue wat so ever. He also gave me one of the issues that his team is facing and asked me to solve it in 10 mins. Apparently they have been struggling to solve it for a week. One week valla team antha kastapadda avvanidi oka 10 mins lo nenu ela chestha that too with no context.

ya bro interviewers anthe unnaru and technology kuda bayata baga develop aindi manalanti vallu  e projects lo irukupoyam...nenu update avudam ani try chesa kani ha ocean ni eedalenu ani fix aipoya bhayya konni days lo ne...total technology ne change chesi verevi nerchukundam ani fix aipoya inka...if u r interested try hard bro..u can do it but as u know it will take time
