Just for your info monna interview lo he got a print of block io reads and writes of the DB instance prior to and post a rack upgrade. He asked me to take a look and tell them if i would sign off. Had no clue wat so ever. He also gave me one of the issues that his team is facing and asked me to solve it in 10 mins. Apparently they have been struggling to solve it for a week. One week valla team antha kastapadda avvanidi oka 10 mins lo nenu ela chestha that too with no context.

they dont expect  you to solve that problem but just want to see how you approach that and what is your thought process. if they are really expecting to solve that in 10 mins then better dont work in that team.
