already chicken thini poyi untavu .. but i  will share quick recipe.

 

1, clean chicken , marinate with karam, pasupu, salt, 2 spoon oil - pakkana pettu

2, cut  3 onions  big pieces  , 2  tomatos.. , non-stick pan thisko, add oil lite ga heat ayyinaka onions veyyi , once onions done little golden colour, add tomotoas , 1 spoon salt, after tomatos done(like little fry) add cashews............... (mada kottaku, ee paste color medhey curry depend aythadhi...) - Once cool down , move this to mixer Jar , add some turmeric powder  and make paste... 

 

 

3, ippudu , chicken tisko , adhey pan lo... oil vesi, chicken fry cheyi.............. dont need full fry, but atlast half cooked and nicely grilled type look. pakkana pettu.

 

Main Process start:

4,  manchi big , non-stick pan tisko...keep in medium  heat.............. 5 big spoons butter veyi,  once butter turned into oil, add paspu, add 1 spoon ginger'garlic paste......... once ginger and garlic nicely fried , add Number 2.Paste ............. keep in medium, mix well, add 1 spoon garam masala, corinder powder, if you want chilli powder.... cook for 10min, then add chicken............. cook for once chicken cooked full... finally add chilli slices, 1 spoon kasthuri maithi(fried). Cream untey last lo bowl lo ke move chesinaka veyyi

depends no your gravy, add water to paste when you making...you can add water later too. 

tips: aadhi mada gottaku, cook in medium flame,.. , dont add Kothinera(Coriander.. , it spoils that butter flavor), color will depend upon tumeric level.
