H1B RFE & Prime Vendor

not giving contract agreement between Vendor and Client. He is saying client will only give the letter and they cant share the contract agreements as it is confidential. As per the new rule, we have to provide the agreements to USCIS. Did anyone get H1B approval with out the agreements?

Ask him to give the same thing in written in an email and attach that.

Yea bro-- vendor company HRs  alaane kathal padtharu.. I had to have my attorney send the USCIS memo regarding the need to submit the contracts.. alaane kuda vendor ki pakka kaavali lekunde RFEs vasthayi ani cheppina, ..  Ask them for redacted version of contract copy is works ani cheppu.. istharu

Try getting at least first page of the contract with blackened sensitive details . If not get a email with him that he can’t provdie contract and get a vendor letter.

Are you talking about SoW  between client and vendor ?

You can request vendor to mask out the confidential info in that give you that.

Got the client letter but contract agreement still not given to me. Client has mentioned in client letter that terms and conditions between client and vendor is "CONFIDENTIAL". Is it enough? Anyone got approvals with out contract agreement between client and vendor?

Got the vendor letter too. USCIS issued a new memo in feb to provide the contract agreements between client and vendor right but issue is my vendor is not providing me the MSA between client and vendor. We have all the docs between vendor and employer.

vendor and client contract copy kuda adugu, Already RFE antunnav kada.. Vendor ki email pettu received RFE, contract document kaavali. atleast redacted version ayna parledu.. Document lekunte reject ayye chances unnayi.. ani cheppu bro.. work out avvochu
