Refile h1 under consular processing after extension petition denied

Hi,

Meeku telsina vallaki h1b extension deny ayyi , and immediate ga h1b malli refile chesara under consular processing?  Do u know if it was approved?

Yes approved..i know 1 guy who got approval

I know the same exact case that happened with a friend. 

Extension filed, RFE, Denied, they appealed (not sure if refile is the same or not) with additional docs and he got 797B (consular processing)
india velladu, 221G came, embassy sent emails to client, employer and employee. They answered all and he was asked to submit the passports 2 days ago.

Idemi 5th relation friend di kaadu. Naaku baga telisina atanide. If needed for more info I can ask him.
