AndhraNizam Posted March 21, 2018 Report Posted March 21, 2018 Recently went through extension, got RFE on specialty occupation - FTE , MS degree in CS and level-3 wage, not sure why i got it but i was worried so much during RFE period. Summary, No matter what you have, they are giving RFE. If you have FT, Related degree, l3 or above wage level then your in good shape otherwise you have to fight, period. Quote

I don't think it matters if you are FT or EVC. Related degree, level 2 or 3 wages and proper client documentation unte you can fight. Except for employee-employer relationship query FT/EVC ki same queries wage level, speciality occupation, us worker replacement.. Quote
