I believe you have around 70 days left.. to get an approval from emp b other wise you need to stop working after 70 days .. you can't go back to emp A.. check with you attorney for more details

Na I94 aug 2019 varaku undi ... so transfer approval late ayina work cheskovachu kada appati varaku it should I stop working if the case is not approved in 240 days ?

Yes.. I think you are under 240 days scanner.. but I am not an attorney talk to your employer B attorney about this . I believe you can't go back to your old employer and if you xfer to new employer then you might get consular processing approval (chances are very low).. I don't want to scare you but check with attorney before you make any move
