ignore manager.. go to HR with your past 6 month paystubs and ask them to match it..(assuming it will be more than 105k)

Modatiki mosam kakunda chusko. Aaa area ki, aa title and skill set ki reasonable rates chudu. ee situations lo I would go for it.

same ade role ki ma company lo okadiki 120k icharu but adi vere department. ma department lo antha budget vundo ledo teliyadu...if not 120 at least i am expecting 115
