Don't drag if u don't have another offer..right now h1 fte is difficult..get in first then see internal transfer or try for another..once u get decent base u can always negotiate for better in next company..we have seen only half policy changes few more H1 regulations yet to come..I screwed up one offer recently with quoting high sal..truth is we cannot win with h1.. companies add your h1 and gc costs as well when they offer u salary..only exemptions big companies or fintech or valley companies..

401, bonus is decent..don't dream abt joining bonus..I highly doubt if it exists for Dev roles..only for senior roles and remote places..try to negotiate for GC filing atearliest..recent trend companies saying case by case not committing..
