I recently went to Ottawa, CA for stamping and I felt the same. Stamping in India is much better. Even if it takes more time for 221G candidate, atleast they can spend time with Family and forget abt VISA for some time. In third country, we will be all alone and every second we think abt VISA itself. So next time I will go to India insead of other countries. my visa was approved without any issues.
