H-4 is going to expire in july. planning to file H-4 shorty. My I-797 is valid until 2020. Can my wife travel to India while extension is in progress. her 797 and visa are valida until end of july Quote

If she is not gng India..there is no option ..you have to file now.....but India Plan unte .dont file it...Just go to India ..and while coming back stamping ki pommanu with ur i-797 latest... you will save h4 visa fees + Time+ Stamping done....ATB Quote
