Hi Friends,

i did a small project for a client and vendor gadu payment ki W-9 form pampadu naku. 

is it ok if i fill the w-9 form with my details or any other alternative solutions. I am on H1B, year end ki 1099 vasthadhi antunadu vendor My Employer dont know about this n dont want to tell them if i tell them, i will not get any penny

nee band bajaaistaadu ....H1B candidate salary expenses everything has to come from his employer only ...no outside money

no way. either take cash or go through your employer. you can't work independently on H1b everything has to come through your employer. emloyer tho matladukoni percentage theesukomanu

OPT antey adi emi EAD kadhu to work independently. you can't open your own company when you are in OPT.
