సిద్ధరామయ్య ట్విటర్లో స్పందిస్తూ... ‘‘పన్నుల బదిలీని నిర్ణయించడానికి ఇప్పటి వరకు వినియోగిస్తున్న 1971 జనాభా లెక్కలను కాకుండా 2011 జనాభా లెక్కలను పరిణనలోకి తీసుకోవాలని కేంద్రం 15వ ఆర్ధిక సంఘాన్ని కోరుతోంది. దీనివల్ల దక్షిణాది ప్రయోజనాలపై తీవ్ర ప్రభావం పడుతుంది. కాబట్టి మనం దీన్ని అడ్డుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది..’’ అని పేర్కొన్నారు.

దక్షిణాది రాష్ట్రాలన్నీ విజయవంతంగా జానాభా నియంత్రణ అమలు చేయగా... ఉత్తరాదిలో ప్రత్యేకించి హర్యానా, బీహార్, యూపీ, మధ్యప్రదేశ్‌లలో మాత్రం ఇది జరగలేదు. దీనివల్ల దక్షిణాది రాష్ట్రాల కంటే ఉత్తరాది రాష్ట్రాలో జనాభా విపరీతంగా పెరిగిపోయింది. ఇదే ఇప్పుడు దక్షిణాది రాష్ట్రాలకు ఆందోళన కలిగిస్తోంది. ఒకవేళ 2011 జనాభా లెక్కలను ఉపయోగించి కేంద్ర పన్ను బదలాయింపులు చేపడితే... దక్షిణాది రాష్ట్రాలకు కేటాయించే నిధుల్లో భారీగా కోతపడుతుంది. జనాభా నియంత్రణ కోసం పడిన శ్రమ మొత్తం బూడిదలో పోసిన పన్నీరే అవుతుంది.

 

దక్షిణాది రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి కేంద్రం అధిక మొత్తంలో ఆదాయం పొందుతూ... నిధుల కేటాయింపులో మాత్రం దారుణంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు.

aai undochu.. but congress CM ante sealed cover CM.. and rubber stamp la untaru... oka ysr and sidda were bit different... they have their own charm besides party.. he dosent have to wait for rahul/italy beach to approve his tweet..

caste based politics. BJP yoga day, vivekananda birthday ani chesthunnatu tippu  sultan jayanti etc cheyyadam.. dalits n minorities are always with congress. so aa schemes kuda bagunnayi . past CMs kumarswamy, Yeddie, dharmsingh kanna better. not that much corrupted.
