lopala intha bayam pettukuni endhu neku elantivi...No one will care even if you use it in USA..you can put your USA sim card and you will be able to use it for few minutes to hours, later you signal will get blocked and your sim will be deactivated..you need to call sim carrier to unlock sim again.. no one will come looking for you or your phone..they will just keep blocking call and sim card from that phone..
