H1 RFE: June 2017
H1 Amendment on top of existing pending transfer petition : July 2017...
H1 RFE responded: Aug 2017
H1 Denied: Nov 2017
H1 re-applied by same employer: Dec 2017
RFE received on new petition Dec 2017
RFE replied : Feb 2018
second RFE: Feb 2018
RFE replied: March 2018
H1 Appoved Today

unless client projects gets over and he files for amendment and uscis sends notice that previous h1b petition was approved in mistake.
