Bihar, UP...main problems are law and order, illiteracy, social inequalities and stigmas out of it.

No fukked up PM has taken any measures to curb those problems so far...all election politics. UP being biggest state, they give all quick magics to people...and win.. UP should be divided into 4 more states.
