30k acres land pooled. They were given combination of small money , residential and commercial plots which were set aside. which will value a lot assuming Capital construction complete and development happens. 

Not sure when they will be eligible to sell those plots.

Adi Nijame man.. Capital area lo ippatiki kooda acre 2C easy gaa going.. They are building 3 apartments towers for employees and also the  arterial 4 to 6 lane roads are almost complete. With or without capital there is demand for that area now that they have good road connectivity to Vijayawada.. 

Lands unchkuni land pooling ki ichina vallu baane bagu paddaru.. But the problem here is the large scale buying by TDP related people before this region is announced as capital. Narayana, Sujana, Pattipati everybody bought lands for 20 to 40 lakhs before the capital was announced in this area..Hitech city formula repeated..
