Or North assholes don’t care. The perception is that after division Telangana is the richest state in India. Why would an affluent state need help? Even if they know that you need help, they will not help. They don’t get any political advantage from you. There are not enough numbers in LS from Telangana to do anything. Like ever. Either Telangana becomes self sufficient or disintegrate.
