The Department of Homeland Security submitted its status report to the Court yesterday regarding the regulation it intended to propose in February 2018. According to the update:

 

DHS was working to issue a proposed rule in February 2018. However in January 2018, USCIS “reevaluated the rule and determined that significant revisions to the draft proposal were necessary”. According to DHS, those revisions required a new economic analysis, which required an additional several weeks to perform.

 

The changes to the rule and the revised economic analysis require revisions to the anticipated timeline for publishing the proposed rule. DHS still intends to proceed with publishing a proposed rule regarding the H-4 EAD, but now it will not be published until at least June 2018.

Specifically: “Under the revised timeline, DHS anticipates submitting to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance the proposed rule in time for publication in June 2018.”

The Chief of the Business & Foreign Workers Division in the Office of Policy of Strategy at USCIS submitted a statement in support of the reason for the delay, but it has no additional information regarding what revisions were necessary or why.

The Status Report confirms: “DHS’s intentions to proceed with publication of an NPRM concerning the H-4 visa rule at issue in this case remain unchanged.”

yes . June lo chippina , will still take 6 months to 1 year time to repeal and implement. and vunna permits mostly cancel seyyaru. so malli inko upto 3 years time for some.

Which in turn effect the net income of the financial institutions, leading to reduction in cost. Then you poor OPT guys won't get jobs because the interest rates are going to be hiked by the Feds to keep banks alive and no capitalist is going to come forward to start new projects.
