తెలంగాణ అడ్వకేట్‌ జనరల్‌ షాకింగ్‌ నిర్ణయం!

తెలంగాణ అడ్వకేట్‌ జనరల్‌ (ఏజీ) ప్రకాశ్‌ రెడ్డి అనూహ్యంగా తన పదవికి రాజీనామా చేశారు. బడ్జెట్‌ సమావేశాల సందర్భంగా మండలి చైర్మన్‌ స్వామిగౌడ్‌పై దాడి జరగడం.. ఈ ఘటనలో కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు కోమటిరెడ్డి వెంకట్‌రెడ్డి, సంపత్‌లపై అనర్హత వేటు వేయడం తెలిసిందే. హైకోర్టులో మంగళవారం ఈ కేసు విచారణకు రానుంది. ఈ కేసు విచారణలో అడ్వకేట్‌ జనరల్‌ ప్రకాశ్‌ రెడ్డి వినిపించిన వాదనలపై తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం అసంతృప్తితో ఉన్నట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. ఈ కేసులో కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా రాష్ట్ర న్యాయ, శాసన వ్యవహారాలశాఖ జారీ చేసిన ఉత్తర్వులను నిలిపివేస్తూ.. హైకోర్టు తాత్కాలిక స్టే ఇచ్చిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. కోమటిరెడ్డి, సంపత్‌ నియోజకవర్గాలైన న‌ల్గొండ‌, అలంపూర్ ఎన్నిక‌లకు ఇప్పుడే నోటిఫికేష‌న్ ఇవ్వొద్దని ఆదేశించింది.

కొంతకాలంగా ఏజీకి, ప్రభుత్వానికి మధ్య విభేదాలు ఉన్నట్టు సమాచారం. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో కోమటిరెడ్డి, సంపత్‌ కేసు విచారణకు రానున్న ఒక రోజు ముందే ఏజీ ప్రకాశ్‌ రెడ్డి తన పదవికి రాజీనామా చేసినట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. ప్రకాశ్‌ రెడ్డి రాజీనామాపై ప్రభుత్వ వర్గాలు ఎలా స్పందిస్తాయన్నది ఆసక్తికరంగా మారింది.
