interest rates penchutunnaru 2 times this year... its already 4.6 ... might touch 5.0 ...

so chances of getting little stagnation is possible...

I think solely depends on location. In places like Boston suburbs where there is serious shortage of new developments, houses are moving like crazy.

If it is a good school district or commute wise good houses are going 4-5% above asking. Multi family homes aithe they are going 10-12% above. 

I am not saying all parts of Boston but definitely certain. 

On the flip side if you see areas with large supply, it will not be that bad. If the interest rates go beyond 5%, normal markets will stagnate slightly.
