H-1-B amendment applie-d 8 Moths back and recently it got Den-ied.(current I-94 is valid till 2020).

For the same position transferring H-1-b to Pri-me-venodr now and will there be any impact with the previous Denial of H-1-B.Amendment with my old employer

We need to update the Denial to new employer? Pls let me know.

Denial lo what did they say, how long you can stay ani em anna cheppada?

Like validity of previous I94 and what is your current employer suggesting. Should the new transfer be filed in Consular processing?

Whats the SOC code on your LCA?

each application is different and evaluated by different officers.. you can try for the same position again with prime vendor, but explain technically in employer letter why they need your special kills for that position..
