local telugu couple home food

My wife ordered some food yesterday , i went to pick up the food surprised it was telugu couple home cooked food and it is not restaurant

they are selling with out any reciept 

and i am thinking they dont have any permission 

is it ok to buy food from them or avoid as it is not set up legally

well dude they are hard workinf and not stealing from any one 

Just never bought anything from people preparinf at home
