naku oka tella vendor FT ichadu join iyanu based on receipt. two weeks iyaka there is no position that we hired you for anaru..... I'm back to my old employer.... ee tella vendor ni emina sue cheyocha or else can I complain to USCIS that they have hired me on H1B (Transfer chesukunaru) for position that is only on papers but not with them? suggestions ivandi bhayya.... ila evarikyna jarigindha?

If you have a job now then keep quite. not worth pursuing with the volatility in immigration issues and job market
