Never ever go FT with american vendor. They have no clue on complications with h1 and gc. All they see is revenue for next 6 months to 1 year. They are bunch of spineless, money sucking, unempathetic people who use honey words until they get revenue. Even if you generate constant revenue an eccentric, idiotic CEO/CFO ruins everything by selling the company to some private equity or bigger firm, which will make things even worse. Avoid them at any cost.

you can sue but at most you get is 1 or 2 months pay..so lawyer ki saripothai aa money..so check with lawyer if anyone interested to do this on percentage basis to satisfy your ego..it all depends on lawyer and Judge how will he defend you case..
