        a). Chalasani Srinivas ( from 2014 to till date 2018...asking Sp.Status (free sanctions) for AP)    or    

        b). CBN (2014 converted Pvaram as state project from center for funds & 2016 package (funds) is muddu & 2018 after diverting some funds, now opted Sp.Status for AP)

Bottom Line: CBN another Corrupt Crook

CBN need weight (funds) in hand

Naked Truth:

CBN likes as an opposition in assembly than a CM, If AP gets Sp.Status (no funds, only sanctions)
