Because I work like working for 2-3 jobs in a remote job . 

When I got this job I thought to look for another now ide chese time undatledu. 9 hours on Call feels like torture with pair programming sharing screen .

Because it’s easy to do pair programming at work than being on call sharing screen E job ayyelopala deaf kakapote chalu 9 hours on Call is beyond crazy . Bore kotte Time ledu but I totally want to go to Office . Asked thrice but I got to wait due to some security reasons .
