GDP growth is not only for AP, look at GDP growth else where and across India. I’m talking from a neutral point of view and when you say Hyd generates 50% of TG’s revenue, then yes...naturally when Hyd has estimated 35% of the state’s population , it’s quite natural to be a economic driver for the state. 

 

Having a capital or no capital, it depends on geographical location and available resources. Look at Madhya Pradesh. Although Bhopal is capital, indore is its biggest city and has jabalpur is another major city and economic driver. 

So is the same case with Tamil Nadu. Chennai contributes to 50% of the economy where as there are multiple industrial towns like Madurai, Coimbatore,Tuticorin etc. 

its a silly reason to claim capital less. And when it comes to GDP growth, look at Pan-India growth first, and compare it with AP’s. More or less it will be on par with national growth.

You have been spending on creating public infrastructure where returns are impossible ? Better build a super fast train network across the state man, it will contribute to the economy rather than building radial raids in a green field capital...
