I have joined this team recently , all my tella. Team mates were so professional and business and process koda train chesaru .now I’m working with desi team mate on a specific assignment and I clearly find the difference in the working style , the way he responds to my questions and the way he tries to judge me ...he assumes everything and vady toppu Turum anukuntadu...call lo process gurunchi chepthu vady assume cheskonii...nuvuu itla chestavemmo, but frankly atla chesthy inka nuvuu emdhuku , ee task intermediate knowledge unnavallu koda cheyochhu ani  vagutadhu..inka direct /direct ga I’m not tat kinda person who complains everything to everyone anta ...we are the only contractors rest are ftes...n ee project just June varaky coz of fund issues ..but still okka desi gadu itla trying to Bri ng me down barincha leka pothunna...though I have worked with different teams with this same client ilanti experience epudu kaledhu ...sometimes I’ll be frustrated and give up ichesi new project search cheskovali anipistadhi But okkadi valla y should I suffer ani I’m trying to be strong ..but all these stressing me out and not sure how to keep myself calm and enjoy my work ...

if you technically strong and you know what you are doing... thiti 10gu, em kadhu.. complaint istha ani cheppu...

I faced the same situation, vadu contarctor and me too. kaka pothey vadu chala  Sr ,desi north indian .. source control lo mistakes chesi, na payna vedham anukundu.....

serious ga oka warning echi 10gina , amanna untey talk to TL ani chepi 10gina... next days nuchi babu ground medhaki vachindu.. ippudu fine.

Edhi pedhha technical role kadhu it’s an analyst role and he assumes everything ..,monna okka email he has to respond to that ..I just provided him some supporting inputs to him ...anthy manager ni cc lo petti as i am (Nenu ) not sure kabbati he is luking into tat work ani email pettadu..already Nenu work chesi email petta vadiki , no where mentioned him tat I’m not sure ani ...endho ee politics endho em ardham katam ledhu

Tough time and I know it will pass ..but deni vallastress n I’m unable to enjoy my work ...

u poor pellow.. entha exp undi neeku...? don't u know min things.. u shud always copy your manager in emails sply if you have a Pain in butt teammates... intha simple thing how forgotten..

if you r technically strong... you ken show him stars..... diresttt..... or look for new job... not like crying baby in forums...

1 simple example will give you:  in one of my friends comp manager was very strict abt timings.. 9am sharp ofc lo undaali... 1 day frnd wented at 9.15am... n manager sented email copying HR... that u guys are late... 

Friend replied --- okey will leave office 15 mins late today to cover up the time...  anthe inkaa mngr never gelkded frnd.. as frnd was technically sound and good at his work...

Tats an process bro ...when testing team come back to you on a particular assignment only assigned Developer /Analyst has to respond them ...i have just tested it internally ...so all my responsibility is to provide wat my findings are to developer tats it ...but veedu different process follow ayyi naatho argue chestadhu...Nenu complaint chesinattu kakunda na team mates /lead tho adiga what is the exact process ani ...they even confirmed to follow  my process ...
