1 simple example will give you:  in one of my friends comp manager was very strict abt timings.. 9am sharp ofc lo undaali... 1 day frnd wented at 9.15am... n manager sented email copying HR... that u guys are late... 

Friend replied --- okey will leave office 15 mins late today to cover up the time...  anthe inkaa mngr never gelkded frnd.. as frnd was technically sound and good at his work...

naku kuda office lo unnaru, all u have to do is put manager in cc, for each and every thing you do..its frustrating but cant help it..people are raised like that
