LCA codes

Hello DB gurus ,Just want to check regarding LCA codes

 

I am a middleware engineer

1) Initial H1B lo 15-1142 pettaru

2) I140 lo - 15-1132 pettaru

 

now attornery is suggesting we will put 15-1132 , As it is considered more speciality occupation , will that be a problem 

 

please advice , TIA

No Problem. It's just change in title of your position. Now USCIS is giving RFE for some titles. My employer also changed the title for me when I applied for extension last week.

attornery gadu emo 1132 and 1131 are more specialized antadu , after that i have no words to convince him

1132 is better. 1131 ki RFE's padutunnayi..naku 1132 ki kuda padindi adi vere vishayam
