Yes , and some employer will also apply excess LCA at this time or some may miss filing if H1 with different reasons  you can try it.. but chances are very very few at this time

h1 needs to applied in 2nd tier salary..not in 1st...recent ga just bcoz of that reject chesinaru friends vi..idhi ekuva ga kotha companies chesthuanyi
