Hello DB Members,

I graduated from SVU from 2013 , University was accredited and non profit , when i was graduated , got my OPT , OPT-EXTN and H1B picked in MS Quota ( 2015 ) , ippudu univ lost acrredition will that be a problem applying my H1B Extension ?

All that matters is university has accredation when you graduated! So you should be good as far as I know.

I 129 document lo untadhi   type of H1b filing  (CAP bachelors / CAP masters )ani  (i guess its under section 3)
