Kims has replacement policy , they might have required blood already in stock but unless we donate to replace they won't release blood to patient . 

Sometimes we can donate any type of blood , like A+ icchina o- release chestharu . 

Patient ki emergency/dying  unte release chestharu .but thats different .

blood bank ni manavallu baga explot chesaru. so there are some tight rules.some hospitals like KIMS won't accept blood from outside banks it could be another way of making money with blood donations.
