Are these dates really accurate ? But when I look at Visa Appointment & Processing Wait Times (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/wait-times.html) Hyderabad Nonimmigrant Visa Type Appointment Wait Time Visitor Visa 23 Calendar Days Student/Exchange Visitor Visas 23 Calendar Days All Other Nonimmigrant Visas 23 Calendar Days New Delhi Nonimmigrant Visa Type Appointment Wait Time Visitor Visa 31 Calendar Days Student/Exchange Visitor Visas 31 Calendar Days All Other Nonimmigrant Visas 31 Calendar Days Which is true ?
