TampaChinnodu Posted April 1, 2018 Report Posted April 1, 2018 ఎవరి రాజధాని అమరావతి; ఆవిష్కర్త పవన్ Apr 01, 2018, 13:13 IST అమరావతి నిర్మాణంపై మాజీ సీఎస్ ఐవైఆర్ పుస్తకం 5న విజయవాడలో ఆవిష్కరణ.. వడ్డే శోభనాద్రికి అంకితం ‘‘అమరావతి నుంచి రాజధాని మార్చాలని ఏ ఒక్కరూ అడగలేరు. చారిత్రక అవసరం రీత్యా ఏపీకి అమరావతే రాజధానిగా ఉంటుంది. అయితే అసలు రాజధాని అనేది అవసరాల దృష్ట్యా పరిపాలనకు అనుగుణంగా ఉంటే సరిపోతుందా లేక మిరుమిట్లుగొలిపే మెగా సిటీగానే ఉండాలా?’’ అని ప్రశ్నించారు మాజీ సీఎస్ ఐవైఆర్ కృష్ణారావు. దేశంలో కొత్త రాష్ట్రాలు ఏర్పడిన సందర్భాల్లో ఛండీగఢ్, భువనేశ్వర్, రాయ్పూర్, రాంచీ లాంటి రాజధానులను ఏ ప్రాతిపదికన కట్టారు, అసలు ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా రాజధానుల నిర్మాణాల అనుభవాలేంటి? తదితర అంశాలను కూలంకుశంగా పరిశీలించి ఒక పుస్తకం రాశానని ఐవైఆర్ చెప్పారు. ‘ఎవరి రాజధాని అమరావతి’ టైటిల్తో రానున్న పుస్తకాన్ని ఏప్రిల్5న పవన్ కల్యాణ్ విజయవాడలో ఆవిష్కరించనున్నారని తెలిపారు. ఆదివారం విజయవాడలో ఆయన విలేకరులతో మాట్లాడారు. వడ్డే శోభనాద్రికి అంకితం: ‘‘సీఎస్గా పనిచేసినప్పుడు కూడా రాజధాని ఏర్పాటుపై నాకు స్పష్టమైన అభిప్రాయాలున్నాయి. నవ్యాంధ్ర రాజధాని విషయంలో శివరామకృష్ణన్ కమిటీ సిఫార్సులు, అమరావతి కోసం వేల ఎకరాల ల్యాండ్ పూలింగ్, స్విస్ చాలెంజ్ విధానం తదితర అంశాలన్నింటినీ నా పుస్తకంలో ప్రస్తావించాను. ప్రపంచంలో, భారత్లో జరిగిన రాజధానుల నిర్మాణాలను పోల్చుతూ అకడమిక్ పద్ధతిలో చర్చచేశాను. ఈ పుస్తకాన్ని వడ్డే శోభనాద్రీశ్వరరావు గారికి అంకితం చేస్తున్నాను. ఇందుకు ఆయన కూడా అంగీకారం తెలిపారు. ఏప్రిల్ 5న విజయవాడలోని మాకినేని బసవపున్నయ్య భవన్లో జరిగే కార్యక్రమానికి అందరూ ఆహ్వానితులే’’ అని ఐవైఆర్ చెప్పారు.
