Offer accepted but want to negotiate

I have accepted a FTE  offer where i am working as a contractor but i don't think i negotiated the salary correctly.

Can i now go and tell them that i am  not satisfied with the salary they offered and I am pretty sure that for the same position other people in my company are getting more .

 

Not sure what to do .

Accepted offer ante did you sign offer letter? Nenu FT teesukunnappudu offer letter oka amount tho icharu ante appati daaka aa amount ki accept chesa. Offer letter ichaka naaku jeetham penchandi ani adiga. They generated a new offer letter with new pay. Appudu sign chesa

Accept chesina tarwatha .. you cannot negotiate.. I mean you can but not a great idea.

Correct. They will generate a new offer letter.. sign cheyakudna negotiate chesthe..

how much more are you expecting . worst case you might get around 5k but thats not worth... next year review ki mundu nee manager ki oka sari cheppu I wanted to re-negotiate but I didn't want to mess it up , can you consider during appraisal ani ...

Not a great idea to negotiate after signing papers.  It shows your instability on decisions and you look bad.

If not yet signed.. tell them you came to know that the same job is getting paid more .

If they don't .. you have backup job to join

before signing letter negotiations are good.

sign chesina taruvata no turn back. They won't give you with more pay. All you can ask raise in annual review . wait for a year
