I have another job offer too but I don't really like it. will it be good if i negotiate with that offer in hand.

 

but if something goes wrong i have a back up but a backup which i don't like it.

if signed just take it and show the work and get appraisal after one year.

if not signed, ask for more if u have caliber.

after signing negotiating on any terms is not good
