Frnds.. got a FT direct hire opportunity in non-IT firm. Currently working through consultancy at a big non-IT client location

i had no issues of rfe history in 10yrs with my consultancy but got one with this h1b transfer - i have an approved i140

my question is if i make a move now, will it affect my future h1b extensions.. or any future labor/gc process.. should i join ft direct hire or not?

salary change is 20% more but living expenses will compensate this salary increase... direct hire ane kakruthi okate undi

please throw some bright light on this masaka masaka situation @~`

If you move to new company and in worst case if your old employer will take you back , then move.

Otherwise move only after getting h1 approval. apply in premium.
