You can invest , but property can not be with you. You can't go n stay . U can't feel that it's my property . If you want be good rental income just go ahead. But when you want to sell  .. definitely you will not get good returns  since it's completely controlled by kapil management only

30 lacs ki 19k good returns. Almost bank FD rates returns. Not sure how easy it will be sell it in future or how much price it will appreciate.
