Hyderabad lo construction cost

Hello guys,,

size of plot is  : 370 sq yards ..own plot  no need to buy.

Location : LB nagar , inside of colony semi residential area ..100 meters away from main road 

construction requirement  : cellar - for parking --digging the  ground for parking and watch man residence 

                                                 Ground floor : shops for commercial purpose-- max 4 shutters 

                                                 first floor and second floor : residential purpose flats which can yield rents .

construction type should be good quality with lift facility for future  use .

Any basic  idea how much do i need to invest only on construction for the above requirement considering my own plot .

cellar tavvadaniki kooda ghmc permission kavala..?

Rents ivvatanike kabatti interior mari ekkuva undadhu

so it would be around 1.5C (my guess)

floor ki 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom vastai anukunta kasta peddaga kadite

LB nagar lo main road nunchi 100 meters ante 2 bhk 12k rent 3 bhk 15k rent esuko

 

so rents 54k from houses + shops ki oka 30k esuko so around 80K to 90k Rents

 

around 1.5c construction ki aa rent work out avvudo kadho chusuko inga

We do Rs.1100 SQ/Sft apartments aithe. For Residential Rs.1250-1300/ Sq Ft.
